Episode 132: How to Stick to Your Weight Loss Plan for the Long

Sometimes, when you have a big goal that requires a lot of time
and commitment, it’s easy to lose your way.

You might find yourself doubtful that you can keep up with what

patterns. Patterns that aren’t helpful in getting you
closer to what you want.

without losing ground or motivation.

This requires looking at your beliefs about
yourself. About what you think you are capable of. And
about staying for the long haul.

This means knowing how to motivate yourself
when that sticky note on your computer screen is no longer
noticeable to you.

And this is what you need to do. You need to keep your eye on
where you are going. And, at the same time, on what your next step
will be.

You’ll learn how to know what to focus on, and when to
switch focus. From the future, to the present, and back
again and again and again.
