First post ever! Please help me find motivation to get back on track with my workouts and eating healthy. I have the Beachbody on Demand app on my tv, my iPad, and my phone. But every day life gets in the way between work, kids school activities, kids sports activities, and being a mom/wife. I don’t sleep well at night so waking up early isn’t an option to get my workout in. So if I do my workouts right after work I feel like I’m letting my family down because then my husband has to take care of the homework, picking up the house, starting supper……things like that. So I’ve contemplated working out after everyone goes to bed bit I’ve done that before and I have an even harder time sleeping if I do that. I just can’t seem to find that happy medium to get my workout in! Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
