My most amazing best friend who is incredibly intelligent, witty, funny and beautiful is having a hard time figuring her life out.
She has lost a lot of motivation, and has been working part time at a Post office for about 5 years. She hasn't studied and she is quite hesitant to make any changes, she is 26 and often feels its too late…
She came to me last night and broke down and said she didn't know what to do with her life and is somewhat embarrassed she hasn't accomplished anything, or learnt anything new in a long time.
She has recently enrolled in a self-pace course to do a Cert IV in Business administration and Leadership and management but hasn't really started (she has 2 years to do it). She is also in the process of getting her drivers license as she takes the bus to work.
She doesn't know what to do with her life but I am trying to be very supportive and told her if she's ready to really try, I'm going to push her and help her as much as I can.
This week, I am getting her a notebook to write her ideas in, giving her my old laptop to study on (she didn't have one), and I was thinking of making her a motivation board.
Could anyone else give me ideas on things I can do for her to help? We also decided once a week she will sleep over and we will study and cook dinner together!
She is a sponge to my advice so anything you can tell me to pass on will help her!
