How do I keep meditation after it breaks me from misery?
Long time lurker first time poster, please delete if inappropriate.
I track my mood/happiness levels using free app on my android. Recently I've done bit of simple statistical analysis and I realized that as soon as I'm happy I stop meditating. I have enough time to fit 10/20min daily practice and nothing, except for me, is blocking me.
This usually lasts for few days (sometimes weeks) and then I'm back to my normal levels, or something happens that pushes down my happiness (even though external events shouldn't have direct impact to happiness).
Have you experienced the same? How do you deal with lower motivation once happy?
