I need your help. In the summer i was really motivated, i was running exercising reading books and i felt happy and felt like i could anythig in the world and i was on a diet on wchich i lost about 7 kg. When the school started in September i started losing intrest in excersising and reading. I starded feeling more depresed and lazy. While the summer lasted i read about mindfullnes, but now i cant get myself to even meditate and be regain peace in mind. A couple years ago i was struggling with depression, i am worried i might be falling into it again. What can i do?
