I am a 36 year old female who is 5'11" and weighs 99.6 kg (219.5 lbs)
Earlier in the year I went from 107.9 kg (237.8 lbs) to 90.8 kg (200.17 lbs) then received some crushing news and went a bit off the rails in terms of discipline with diet and exercise.
I want to be fitter and healthier, but I can't seem to get started, I try and try and try and end up disappointing myself and let myself down.
I want to be fit and healthy for myself and for my family, I want to be fit and confident for my beautiful partner, I want him to be proud of me and I want to be sexy and comfortable in my own skin.
Can you kind redditors please help me with support and motivation to get started and stick to the process of getting healthier?
