So I’ve definitely improved mentally this week since the breakup, and I feel like I’m gradually moving forward. On Friday after work I got the coach back to my home city to see a childhood friend for the weekend, we actually ate pretty bad so I was shocked to see that I still lost a good amount lol.
So last Monday I weighed:
17.8 stone 249.8 pounds 113.3 kg
This week I weigh:
17.48 stone 244.7 pounds 111 kg
I’m honestly over the moon with my progress. I’ve been taking pictures every week, and comparing the week 1 picture to now on MFP is night and day. My stomach has got a lot flatter and isn’t sticking out as much anymore. Thank you guys for always being great motivation and cheering me up. Have a great week.
