I’ve been experiencing a pretty severe depressive episode, which is having a significant impact on my school work, social life, sleep schedule, diet, and so many other everyday things. My motivation is pretty much nonexistent at this point, and I just don’t want to do anything. I would definitely appreciate any suggestions on what might help cope with this, or even get out of it.
