This is one of our team motivation games in which the team will make a logo that represents the team.
First they make logos in duos and after they come together they make one final team logo bases on the logos the duos made before.
During the exercise you can apply variations:

1.
Next to designing the logo with pencils and paper you can also let them design it on a laptop.

2.
You can do the same exercise, but let them design a logo which represents the company.

3.
Tell them also to explain why they choose certain colors.
