Worried about going from Effexor to Cymbalta for treatment resistente depression/anxiety – please help

So I’m a 19 year old male that has been struggling with severe anxiety and depression for the last 5 years. When I was twelve my brother was diagnosed with brain cancer and he has gone through that three times. Various traumas have left me feeling like a broken person, and I’m trying to be on the journey to recovery but nothing ever seems to work. As far as pharmacological solutions, I was first prescribed Prozac, then Lexipro, then Wellbutrin, now I’m on Effexor and my psychiatrist is switching me to Cymbalta. None of these meds have ever made a noticeable difference for me, except possibly a very slight increase in motivation with Effexor. The side effects that I got from Effexor were somewhat tough though, so I asked my psychiatrist what I should do and she instantly switched my medication to Cymbalta. I’ve heard a shit ton about Effexor withdrawal and am relatively scared of it. I went from 150 mg to 75 mg over night per her recommendation, and am on day 6 of 75 mg feeling pretty shitty to be honest lol. I’m supposed to take one more 75 mg pill then switch to 60 mg of Cymbalta daily. I hear so much about people needing to ween their dose in a much more intense manner and I feel like when I go from Effexor to Cymbalta in Friday it’s going to kill me. Any advice would be so great

TLDR: Tried Prozac, Lexipro and Wellbutrin, now on Effexor 150mg. Getting side effects I do not like, so psychiatrist switched me to 60 mg Cymbalta. Ween off schedule is just doing a week at 75 mg Effexor then switching to Cymbalta and I’m very worried about withdrawals
